- General
- 1. Is the paper
within the scope of the journal?
- 2. Is the English of
satisfactory quality for a journal publication?
- 3. Is the paper
suitable (i.e. the work is novel and the results of sufficient
importance) for an archival, research-oriented journal?
- 4. Does
the paper properly establish its relationship to existing research?
This should include similar works previously published by the authors
